For Fitbit Flex 2 bands, slide through loops so the band nestles in the indent between the smaller of the metal guides. Fitbit Charge 2, Charge HR, Charge and Garmin vivosmart and vivosmart HR slide through the wider metal guides.

EASY ON & EASY OFF – Slip end of the tracker band through both sturdy latex-free elastic loops and slide the bling into position. For the Fitbit Flex 2: Reposition the crimp so it is against the guide hole. Slip one end of band through the smaller/inside pair of loops and slide into position.
